So my dear sweet sisters, I basically made this post with an idea for a present you can get me haha! K just kidding but it's a good cheap idea right? Hate to spoil your christmas, but this may be just what you get from me.
How to make your own crafters survival kit:
Get yourself a mason jar, ribbon, buttons, scrapbooking do dads, twine, quarters of fabric, felt, glue sticks, and anything else you can think of! Shop the clearance section, go through the stuff you already have that you haven't been using!
Now fill that mason jar up! I tied some glue sticks to the outside with twine.
I wanted to utilize this jar to it's fullest potential so I took the lid and some craft magnets...
...and then traced the lid onto the magnets and cut them so it would fit inside the lid.
Peel off the sticky backing, stick onto the inside of your lid cover, and you can put in some extra pins, needles, safety pins, and whatever you think you crafter might like a few extra of!
Tada! Your done! I probably thought of this idea because I would be totally thrilled if I got one hehe! So sisters let swap some of these for christmas, mmmk pumpkin?

So did I mention how much I'd love one of these?! Hehe. It's a brilliant idea:) Love ya sista<3

ReplyDeleteThis is great! Pretty much what I told my siblings they should do for me when they asked what i wanted. I told them to just go to the craft aisle at whatever store they go to and get whatever they want....more than likely I will like it or need one and if I already have it I could always use more of it anyways!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic idea!! I would love it if you would share this at my You’re Sew creative' party going on right now!! I've also got some great giveaways this week, too!
