Fringe Anklets

I'm going through an Indian fad right now. I don't know if it will ever end? No big deal. Anywhoo, my eye was drawn to this roll of leather fringe while we were walking through Hobby Lobby. I got a yard of it not really knowing what would become of it, but I knew I wanted to wear it somehow. 

 And then there was light. Why not sew a piece of velcro on to this and wrap it around my ankles? And they've basically been there ever since.
